How long does it take to deliver an order?
Please allow 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation to receive your order. We strive to dispatch your order from our studio within 1–2 days of order confirmation.

How can I track my order?
Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp within 24–48 hours after placing the order. You can track your order in just one click.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Please note that all of our products are custom made. It may not be possible to cancel/modify your order once we have prepared and dispatched the products.

In case you would like to cancel/modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible at casezillacare@gmail.com and we will try to process your request. Please ensure to include your order number and any other information in the email.
